Energy is everywhere and is in everything. QiGong (Chi Gong) is the foundation of T'ai Chi Ch'uan and is a stillness practice created to learn the mechanics & physics of building, storing, distributing, and circulating your personal energy.
T'ai Chi is the physical movement associated
with that energy and connects the personal flow
with the universal flow of energy.
T'ai Chi & QiGong are time-honored, comprehensive Chinese arts designed to promote alignment, balance,
health, energy efficiency, and ease.
TWO NEW complimentary components are the ART OF
VIBRATIONAL ALIGNMENT via the Teachings of Abraham And REIKI with White Light ~

Distress, fatigue, or illness result when energy is blocked from its natural flow. REIKI, a natural and noninvasive technique, redistributes and equalizes this energy, enhances well-being, and assists the healing process as well as creates relaxation. The Energy is influenced by placement of the practioners hands either directly on areas or held above areas
on a clothed body.
